We offer free USPS and UPS shipping for all U.S. orders over $200.

Additionally, we offer free UPS shipping for all International orders over $400 USD.

For orders under these totals, the shipping fees will vary according to destination in check out. 

Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost in check out.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & DUTIES

Kindly note all International orders outside of the U.S. are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid basis. Customers will be responsible for all local taxes and import duties, which will be added to the order purchase price. All costs for duties and taxes will be collected by ISAMEL at checkout. By law, ISAMEL  is required to disclose the full value of package contents which may not be altered. We cannot ship merchandise as gifts, even if the goods are intended to be given as a gift.

Customs delays are beyond our control, please understand we cannot intervene.

Duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. For more information, check your local customs website.

PROCESSING TIMES

We pride ourselves in providing our customers with excellent service and prompt shipments. Most orders ship within 24 hours, but kindly allow 1-3 days for us to process and ship your order after purchase.

For next day shipping, all orders must be placed before 12:00pm EST.

Once your order has dispatched, we are unable to change the shipping address.

PRE ORDERS

By purchasing products via pre order, you will be notified of the estimated shipping date, as these are the newest ISAMEL designs pending stock availability. 

Pre orders are able to be cancelled up until shipped.

TRACKING

You will be provided with the tracking number via our shipping confirmation email once the package has been dispatched.

POSSIBLE DELAYS 

Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from the carriers. It’s possible that your order could arrive later than the estimated time frame. ISAMEL does not have control over the delivery date once the package has been dispatched.

LIABILITY

ISAMEL is not responsible for undelivered parcels.
